Garenne Shopfitting has completed a flagship ‘Emporium’ unit for their long-standing client Jigsaw.
Probably Garenne Shopfitting’s longest standing client have been through change and recently embarked upon something of a re-launch of image. Having trialed a completely new image in a few small store fit-outs, Jigsaw have finally located a two floor ‘flagship’ unit within the Duke Street re-development (ust off of Oxford St) and the fit-out was awarded to Garenne Shopfitting earlier this year.
The new concept ‘Emporium’ is the result of the appointment of a new design team from Dalziel & Pow who have created a completely different, more contemporary style for Jigsaw. Within the store there are two floors of retail space, a press office and café area. Influenced by the recently appointed CEO Peter Ruis, the team have managed to create a real talking point in the city. The project was managed by Paul Bridges and after all of the pressures and usual timelines were met, we were delighted to attend the opening celebrations. Garenne wish Jigsaw the very best with their new venture and are particularly proud to be working with them after all these years. The team are currently about to start the refit of their existing Argyll St store, hopefully one of many to follow.
