Rory began his construction based career with R.M.C Group (Technical Department). Thereafter he began working for mainstream national Shopfitting and interiors companies including Phillips Shopfitters and Interserve, the interiors division of the Tilbury Douglas Group, in various management roles. Rory formed Garenne Shopfitting in 1999 together with Brendon Dunning and the Garenne Construction Group and has over 30 years experience in the industry.
Paul’s career in the construction industry started by completing a full apprenticeship in carpentry and purpose made joinery. Working extensively within the shopfitting industry he progressed into supervisor’s roles and through to management positions as Contracts Manager for various nationwide contractors. Through the 30 years he has been involved within the industry he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and valuable experience within the high end commercial fit out sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Catering, Leisure & Airport clients. Paul joined Garenne Shopfitting in 2008 as a Senior Contracts Manager with subsequent appointment to Contracts Director from 2012.
Russell started off his career in construction working within in the flooring sector gaining a wealth of onsite experience. After 5 years of onsite duties, Russell made the move into the office as a junior estimator for a building company specialising in Structural works & insurance fire and flood damage. He then moved into the Shopfitting industry where he joined Garenne in 2008 as an estimator then progressed through to commercial manager and recently as Commercial Director.

Grant began his career in the construction industry serving an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery. In 1986 he moved into Shopfitting with Dunning Shopfitters and thereafter into interiors refurbishment. Progressing through site supervision and contracts management prior to joining Garenne in 2006 as a senior Contracts Manager. Grant now manages business development, marketing and events for the company.
